Over 15+ years, that discipline evolved into operational and customer-facing leadership, where I learned that sustainable results depend on aligning organizational execution with the shared objectives of the business and its customers.

My approach is systematic: diagnose the environment, define the strategy, translate it into execution, and improve continuously. More recently, I've incorporated automation and AI into that same approach to identify opportunities and build smarter, more efficient workflows.

I enjoy learning about other cultures as much as I enjoy learning about business, which has taken me to 30+ countries.
